Stars in Your Eyes

Gary & Donna Hopkins organised a Stars in your Eyes event which took place at The London Road Social Club on Saturday November 15th 2003. What a night it turned out to be! If you did not come, you certainly missed out as five talented who portrayed Shirley Bassey, Frank Sinatra, Robbie Williams, Bobby Goldsborough and another Frank Sinatra were giving it there all for the prize of £50.
It was our very own Rob Merry who won the hearts of the audience with Angels, the classic hit by Robbie Williams. Well done and congratulations Rob - we will see you on the box yet!
Thanks to Gary & Donna for all your hard work in preparing the beautiful buffet and for raising £155 for research funds.
