Summer Barn Dance

Holding a Barn Dance was a new venture for the Branch. On arranging such an event, one did wonder how it would turn out but all the worrying was in vain as everyone who came along to Exhall Grange School on Saturday June 18th really enjoyed themselves with almost everyone participating in the dances after being taken through the routines by our caller, Leigh Robinson.
Everyone enjoyed their summer picnics throughout the night. Lots of 'thank yous' to get through for a great night: Leigh Robinson & John Dunkerton for the music and guidance; Sheila Monks & Karina Gregory for selling the raffle tickets; Julie Norman, Linda Arch, Leigh Field and Mark Kelly for decorating the hall and putting it all back into shape at the end of the night and our special thanks to Exhall Grange School for allowing us, once again, to hold one of our social events there.
